Experienced Window & Door Installer

Clarke & Rush is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team. We’re seeking a skilled, dependable professional with 2+ years of hands-on window and door installation experience, including both retrofit/replacement and new construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Install windows and doors in residential and light commercial applications

• Perform both retrofit/replacement and new construction installations

• Properly measure, level, shim, seal, and finish installations

• Remove existing windows and doors as needed

• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications

• Identify and address installation issues in the field

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area

• Provide excellent customer service and represent Clarke & Rush professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional window and door installation experience

• Experience with both retrofit and new construction installations required

• Strong knowledge of installation methods, materials, and tools

• Ability to read and follow measurements and installation specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
