Description

Our company is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, specializing in designing, installing, and maintaining efficient and reliable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties nationwide. With a team of experienced professionals and a commitment to superior customer service, we have built a strong reputation in the industry and are looking to expand our sales team with a qualified HVAC Sales Coordinator.

Position Summary: As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of HVAC sales and lead generation for our company. You will work closely with our sales team, technicians, and management to ensure efficient and effective sales processes are in place to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase sales for our HVAC services
- Identify and target potential clients through various marketing channels, including but not limited to, online platforms, networking events, and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Manage and maintain a customer database and ensure all leads and opportunities are tracked and followed-up in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients for sales consultations and HVAC service appointments
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients and follow up on all proposals in a timely manner
- Assist with the training and development of new sales team members and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and lead activities in our Service Titan system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using Service Titan systems and other sales tools
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
