Description

We are a well-established HVAC company seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support our Installation Department. This role is essential in ensuring all projects are properly permitted, scheduled, and compliant with local regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare, submit, and track HVAC permits with local city and county agencies
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure timely scheduling
  • Communicate with installers, project managers, and office staff
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and job statuses
  • Ensure all installations meet code and compliance requirements
  • Assist with administrative support for the installation team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience with permits, construction admin, or HVAC (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or dispatching software
  • Knowledge of local permitting processes is a plus
