Description
We are a well-established HVAC company seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support our Installation Department. This role is essential in ensuring all projects are properly permitted, scheduled, and compliant with local regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, submit, and track HVAC permits with local city and county agencies
- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely scheduling
- Communicate with installers, project managers, and office staff
- Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and job statuses
- Ensure all installations meet code and compliance requirements
- Assist with administrative support for the installation team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience with permits, construction admin, or HVAC (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or dispatching software
- Knowledge of local permitting processes is a plus
