**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
- **Scheduling:** Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians, optimizing routes and ensuring timely service delivery.
- **Service Management:** Monitor ongoing service calls and communicate updates to customers and technicians, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving:** Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary to maintain service quality.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and customer interactions in our database.
- **Team Support:** Collaborate with HVAC technicians and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a dispatcher or customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and customer management systems.
