Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control systems
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Communicate repair findings professionally with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Provide technical support and knowledge sharing with other technicians

Qualifications

• 7+ years commercial HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Advanced electrical and refrigeration knowledge
• Experience with rooftop units, package units, split systems, and related equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid California Driver’s License and must be insurable under our auto policy
