Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician
Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500 (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, strong customer service, and mentoring others.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration)

Perform maintenance, service, and troubleshooting

Support and guide junior technicians as needed

Communicate repair options and pricing clearly with customers

Document all work accurately and follow safety and company standards
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years residential HVAC experience

EPA Certification required (Type I / II minimum; Universal preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication

Ability to work independently and in a team

Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends
