Clarke & Rush is a family-owned company that has proudly served the Greater Sacramento area for over 60 years. We’re looking for a dependable Insulation Installer to join our team and help our customers improve the comfort and energy efficiency of their homes and businesses.

What You'll Do

• Install blown-in, batt, radiant barrier, and other insulation products.
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, walls, and other residential and light commercial areas.
• Operate insulation equipment, ladders, tools, and company vehicles safely.
• Prepare work areas and protect customer property.
• Seal air leaks and prepare areas before insulation installation when needed.
• Work alongside our HVAC installation teams.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Follow company safety standards and participate in training.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or related experience preferred.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and working overhead.
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
