What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and schedule HVAC service and installation appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details in software systems
• Communicate effectively with technicians, installers, and management
• Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and customer satisfaction calls

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling/dispatch software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Dependable with consistent attendance
